One cannot truly understand the beauty of ice caves until one visits them. The melting patterns are just unbelievable, and the ice itself is infinitely intricate, holding within it a myriad of shapes and colors. Once you get to the staring phase - you don't even mind the cold
If you'd like to experience and shoot these amazing natural wonders, among many other incredible icy sceneries, you're welcome to join my upcoming 'Land of Ice' Iceland winter workshop taking place January 2013. Wow... I can just barely wrap my mind around these frozen undulations. It really does seem to be a world of its own in there... vast and yet introspective in a way.
