A frozen icesheet over a flowing river in Fjadrargljufur canyon, Iceland. Wearing thermal fishing waders supplied little protection againt the bitter cold of the river. I'd long lost sensation in both my feet, but I was mesmerized by this unique scenery. The tall spires on both sides of the canyon, the icy environment so unfamiliar to an Israeli, the cristal clear river, all made this visit very special.
Fjadrargljufur will be one of many amazing location we'll visit on my upcoming 'Land of Ice' Iceland winter workshop, next January. If you want to experience and shoot these incredible landscapes, please check out the workshop page
